• Professionally designed and printed brochures with a writeup by an award-winning real estate feature writer will be placed at your home for all showings
• Linking of your property listing to numerous other boards within Ontario (up to 10+) – If someone is looking for a house in your area, they WILL see your house. These boards are seen by millions of people.
• I’ll also post your listing to multiple social media sites. We review and repost as needed on a weekly basis, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, etc.
• I offer Multiple Open Houses – as many as you want (weekly if requested) – with refreshments provided to attendees. I’ll also provide professionally designed/printed feature sheets with colour photos and with a writeup by an award-winning real estate feature writer for Open House attendees. (When Safety permits – re: Covid-19)
• I’ll also host an Agent Open House with refreshments and a draw, to encourage attendance from multiple Agents / Agencies (When Safety permits – re: Covid-19)
• Numerous signs for your listing. I’ll post a distinctive professional For Sale sign on your lawn and install multiple road directional signage to ensure that your house can be found
• I contact all showing realtors and gain feedback from the showings, that I will provide to you in a timely manner. (Communication is key to selling your home)
• I have contacts at (and) refer buyers to a list of major financial institutions to help potential buyers get Pre-Approved, even challenging mortgages!
